Yes, you can. Pictures in our website are not all styles we can provide. If you can’t find your required styles, please contact our sales or send enquiry. We’ll reply in one working day.
How to get a customer No. and Order No.? What will be the numbers used for?
You are welcome to visit http://www.archmade.com/cutomernumber.asp. After filling in the information, the website will creat a customer No. in 9 figures automatically. When you placed the order, our sales will send the customer No. for your tracking.
How to follow up my order situation?
Once Arch received your payment, you can check the order status at any time. Please enter www.archmade.com and click “order status” at the right top side of the web.
When I find the product isn’t up to grade,could I return or exchange?
Yes,you can. If there is quality problem in your product, please apply return or exchange for Customer Center department of ARCH. Your application will be dealt with in 1 business day. Asfter the problem was approved, ARCH will return or exchange for free.
May I get samples? Do I have to pay for it?
Before placing order, ARCH will make a sample for your reference. The sampling cost and express charge will be borne by customer. We’ll make you up in the following order.
May I buy Brand products?
You can purchase. If only it does not measure up to infringe in style, and the logo have to be changed into your logo. Or you have get the authorization of the brand company.
Could I change my address after placing order?
